Qualified High Deductible Plans:

  • Reduce Member Cost Share

  • Lower Deductible to Federal minimum for embedded plans

  • Waive Co-Insurance

  • Implement Behavior-Based HSA Employer Contribution Program

  • Percent of savings

  • Tiered fixed dollar amount based on the procedure costs

Traditional PPO, POS, HMO Plans:

  • Waive or Reduce Member Cost Share

  • Waive or Lower Deductible

  • Waive or Lower Co-Insurance

  • Implement Behavior-Based Bonus Program
